Back again, i've got a bug using the vss version, when i restart de service, 
the pid logfile is not erased.
When the computer reboot, the rsync service won't start anymore. The log file 
says "failed to create pid file rsyncd.pid: file exists (17)" wich was not 
happening with the original version.

I'll try to check if there's an option about this, but i think there's 
something wrong (maybe service doesn't stop properly, but this did not append 
before...)
