Hello,

If you change the DirAddress for the director in bacula-dir.conf to the public IP address, then you need to change it also in bconsole.conf. Because this is the address that your bconsole will use to connect to your director daemon.

Have you checked if your clients are listening for connections on the IP address (port 9102) configured?
