If you are trying to install BackupPC on your newly upgraded Fedora 26 box there's no need for any additional repositories. 

A simple "dnf install BackupPC" will work (as root or with sudo on the front of the command)

In either case, the two RPMs you are installing are source RPMS, meaning it's the raw source code, not the ones you want to install.
