Fair enough, I wasn't thinking internationalization. There are other
workarounds, vnc, nx, ssh tunnels in a dedicated browser session. Just
takes more time to set up for a simple 'start a backup on this host
before I do something potentially dangerous'.

But using BackupPC_serverMesg to trigger the backup and check the
status works. The days of having to use text based browsers for screen
readers for visually challenged people is also long past.

AFAIK that's still a limitation.
