Got a very stupid question, I am trying to setup amanda client on a FreeBSD
4.9 server and I am getting the following error. dgram_recv: recvfrom()
failed: Socket operation on non-socket
Has anyone had experience with this? I am using ucspi-tcp instead of inetd
or xinetd. I went through and made sure my permissions are set correctly for
the directories three times thinking it may be a problem there and there
still might be and I am just not looking in the right place.
ucspi-tcp is for tcp connections (aka stream).
Amandad needs a udp socket (aka dgram).
