I've been trying for some time to troubleshoot this, without success.  Each 
day I'm seeing a report like this:

I am trying to back up /home, using an exclusion file.  First question, then - 
should the exclusion file be in /home or /usr/local/etc/amanda/Daily?  I've 
tried both, but it seems to make no difference.

Contents of amanda.exclude:

./anne/recordings
./anne/Photos

(The second one matches the separate DLE defined above)

Am I still not understanding the path requirement?


I am assuming that the exclude file is not being seen, but even so, I don't 
know why there is a space problem.

/dev/hda3             141G   27G  107G  21% /home
/dev/hdb1              12G  157M   11G   2% /tmp
/dev/hdb6              98G   55G   38G  60% /Backup

/home is 27GB, and /Backup has 38GB free.  If the exclude file is being read, 
the backup would be quite small:

/home/anne/recordings   20.7GB
/home/anne/Photos       1.2GB

leaving less than 6GB.

What am I getting wrong, please?
