No, I'm not going to simply throw away Debian Sid.

The issue is that when I post something, you need to get a clue out of it but you are not!
When I give my own path to httpd.conf, you need to figure out where yours is, rather than copy verbatim what I have pasted. I post while assuming you can read and differentiate what I have from yours. Debian has very funny configs, which I hear are m4 hacks! Other systems are easier ...
You may want to look for Debian users to help you out with this. I hope they are here.
