Did a second hourly run? I assume it did the correct thing for the
second? If so can you purge the daily volume and see if it upgrades to
full on the next backup. On top of that are you looking at the logs or
reading the messages in bconsole? Bacula should say it something like
"no prior backup found upgrading to full" in the logs when it does
this kind of thing. It would be very helpful to see the log or the
messages for this.
