There wouldn't be much point in including a separate file for each host, but 
yes 
that would be possible and would be a hook to include perl programming without 
breaking the cgi editor.  The more likely scenario would be to include all your 
common (and different) settings for linux and windows targets and perhaps 
desktop/server varitions for each.
