[BackupPC-users] backup from the internet?

Well, I tried this approach to use rsyncd:
http://gerwick.ucsd.edu/backuppc_manual/backuppc_winxp.html
But then at this place:

and I don't know what to do on my linux machine to "accept" the configurations
