I can verify that the Sun C4 (a rebadged Quantum PX502) works quite
nicely with mtx running on Solaris or Linux. Since mtx can control it,
so can Amanda. We use the chg-zd-mtx changer script.
I would be extremely surprised if the STK L700 didn't work with mtx too.
I think the C4 is a pretty good bargain as far as small tape libraries
go. With LTO drives, it has 38 slots (36 in two magazines of 18 + 2
fixed) which serves us quite nicely
