I have been searching through the resources that I can to answers this
question, but haven't found a definitive yes or no:

Does Amanda support tape libraries with robotics such as the StorageTek

I have seen reference that imply it might, but I want to be sure

Well, keep in mind that amanda is, at its heart, simply a(n exceptionally good) backup scheduler. It uses native OS tools to perform most tasks (like using tar to actually get bits off the disks). Thus, if your OS can make the library work, amanda can use it.

That being said, many folks use amanda with libraries. I have both an Overland Library Pro and an Overland Neo 2000 working rather well with amanda, using Linux servers.
