Evidently your tape size is less than the 1.025 GB size of your data,
and you have no previous level 0 so Amanda can't generate an incremental.
You can either use bigger tapes, enable the tape spanning feature found
in recent versions of Amanda, or split those DLEs into smaller pieces.
The 'STRANGE' entries are usually nothing to worry about. There will
be a section in your report for the DLEs marked STRANGE that tell you
exactly why. Any unexpected output from your dump program (dump or tar)
is considered STRANGE. Usually its because a file changed while it was
being backed up (log files and mail spools often cause this). The rest
of the DLE is backed up, but the file(s) in question may or may not be
depending on the exact circumstances.
