The prceeding shows *3* SCSI controllers: scsi0, scsi1, and scsi2.

The one you want is scsi2, which is an LSI 53C1030
<http://www.lsi.com/storage_home/products_home/standard_product_ics/scsi_ics/lsi53c1030/index.html>,

Hit the LSI site, and see what's what there - it may need a custom driver,
or a bit of a reconfiguration, or summat. The last bit about "more
targets are available" implies something is not configured.

Also, the tape is at id 6 lun 0, the changer is at id 6 lun 1, which means
the changer *should* be /dev/sg6... There's something niggling at the
back of my mind about having to do something with some devices control
file to enable the other LUN - but it won't come to the front.

        Cheers,
                Gary B-)
