I don't know if this is an error condition, but it would be worth
checking if this is normal behaviour.

F/W bug sounds like firmware bug... Have you checked if you can
upgrade either the HBA's firmware or the kernel module?

That looks ok - one disk and one backplane at scsi0.

This is the RAID-enabled LSI HBA (IIRC, PERC HBAs use LSI chips).

On the RAID HBA scsi1, it's two volumes and the enclosure services.
Looks ok, too.

Tape drive and autochanger connected, looks good. Running on their own
HBA, which is also good. You should, as pointed out, verify that the
SCSI bus they are connected to is not configured as RAID.

Backplane and disk, as above.

On scsi1, one backplane, two disk. Also good.

On scsi2, tape drive and media changer. Correct.

This is disturbing. Without looking into this, this message sounds
like an aborted SCSI transaction, due to a firmware issue.

...

I would recommend to verify that the SCSI buses are in the proper
modes - the one connecting the autochanger should not be set to RAID.

Then, verify if firmware upgrades or newer HBA driver modules are
available.

And, finally, see if Dell offers a test tool for their tape hardware.

Apart from that, good luck!
