Thanks a lot, now it Works. I change the things as said in my last post and 
restart the server. Now running this: netstat -tulpen I get this output:

Active Internet connections (only servers)
tcp        0      0 10.128.50.155:9101      0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      
0          15803       6357/bacula-dir

And I can connect trough console now with some warnings (1) but working.
bconsole
Connecting to Director 10.128.50.155:9101
1000 OK: DTServer-Director Version: 2.2.8 (26 January 2008)
