I would check if Director is still active - I saw it dying while it
couldn't connect to database. But it seems that it's not that - so you
need check bconsole.conf file, and SELinux settings - it is tricky beast
and you need to allow accessing sockets and ports in it.
Simple thing to check is telneting to port 9101 - that way you will know
it it is some kind of firewall or connection issue, or director/bconsole
missconfig.
