Hi LDB and Bruno,
Something is wrong here and I can't find where is the problem. I run:
"bacula-dir -t -c /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf" and the config file haven't any
error because it pass the test.
So I run this other command:
 #/etc/init.d/bacula-ctl-dir start
Starting the Bacula Director daemon
and you can see the output "Bacula is running". I checked the PID folder and
have a this file: "bacula-dir.9101.pid" so bacula is running.

Then I try to connect using bconsole and see what's happen:
#bconsole
Connecting to Director 10.128.50.155:9101
19-May 09:50 bconsole JobId 0: Fatal error: bsock.c:129 Unable to connect to
Director daemon on 10.128.50.155:9101. ERR=Connection refused

Then I run this other command
 #netstat -a | grep 9101
and have not output.

I run this other command
 #netstat -a | grep bacula "
 tcp 0 0 localhost:bacula-dir *:* LISTEN
And you can see the results.
Where is the problem then?
Cheers and thanks again for every help
