It helps for the first question, I assume.

The meaning of "force" with AMANDA is that you can force a full dump
of a filesystem via amadmin.

Use

amadmin <conf> force [<hostname> [<disks>]* ]+

for this.

You asked

What do you mean? AMANDA always expects a labelled tape. It does not
use tapes without label.
