I got mine for around $8k each, including on-site support for both the
chassis and drives. I got quotes from three vendors, and prices were
all within a hundred dollars or so.

I'm both academic and state-service, so there may have been some
discounts involved.

One unverified fact reported to me by one of the salesmen (truth
value unknown): the carousel-design libraries are extremely hard or
impossible to service in-rack. Whereas I've confirmed that the
LibraryPros have one of the better rail kits and access designs I've
encountered -- when I had to change some DIP switch settings on the
internal AIT3 drives during testing, I could pull the library out on
its rails, pop the top, disconnect and remove the drive, flip the
DIPs, and have everything back together and ready to go in about five
minutes.

YMMV, of course ...
