Please read <amanda_src_dir>/docs/EXCLUDE

should be ./usr/..., or ./local/... or ./lib/....

But as the above paper will show you, your entry does not
start correctly.

We also can not tell if you are putting the entry in the
correct file, nor even on the correct machine.
