That's not entirely correct -- if you set your mount timeouts appropriately
(say 10mins or greater) than NetBackup will wait that long prior to giving
up and assuming something is wrong with the drive.  Setting this value gives
enough time for the robot to perform the cleaning, without NetBackup timing
out and downing the drive.
