Hmm, let's translate this message into English.
The message means "The device is not a jukebox device, so the `cleaning
required' attribute may not be set to `Yes'
Funny how it doesn't look much different :-)
To fix this, go into the NSR device resource for \\.\Tape1 and change the
check box that says "Cleaning Required" from yes to no. We can only surmise
how this got set to yes in the first place.
