Hello Steve, just looked into my elder notes:

> Receiver
> =========
>  netcat -v -v -l -n  -p 9104 >  /dev/null

> Sender
> ======
> dd count=10000000 < /dev/zero | netcat -v -v -n  192.6.3.21  9104  > /dev/null

On finish "dd" will tell the transfer rate.
