If you use Bacula compression you may try to use a lower GZIP Level (e.g.: 1)
or LZO.
If you use an old Bacula update it.
If you use Bacula encryption you may disable and use it on another way
(OpenVPN).
If you don't use any of the above buy a new machine. =)
