OK, if you're not actually getting anywhere near running out of space,
you just have to get used to the idea that tape is not disk and that
that's how tape storage works. If you've more storage than you expect
to ever need, there's no point getting excited over a little used space
that hasn't been reclaimed yet.
On the other hand, if you have jobs failing because they're not
correctly being continued on the next tape, then you have a
configuration problem somewhere that you need to fix.
