Ok, found it.  Done deal.  Thanks!  I don't need to zero/update the files 
themselves at the linux level?

Also, regarding the "Maximum Concurrent Jobs setting on the Device", I need to 
make this update as well (to the 'Device' section in the bacula-sd.conf, or the 
'Storage' section of the bacula-dir.conf )?
