Don't worry about it... it will still take a couple of years until your 
backups made with Bacula will be older than 40 years... ;-)

More seriously: this was an undocumented fearure (some call them bugs or 
issues or...) of 5.0.0
You obviously didn't upgrade to 5.0.1 like the subject line says... since in 
5.0.1 this is fixed already. But it shouldn't do anything fatal, mostly an 
annoying message, I think.
