Hello all,

What I profoundly dislike about forums is the "so do I" kind of responses that 
pollutes it: whenever someone asks a question, you'll have ten people saying "I 
have the same problem".

I think that, if possible, a mailing-list with a knowledge base or a FAQ based 
on problem/resolution would be a better alternative.
