Hi John,
thanks for this information.I will change everything from "localhost" to
"Backup3".
I have also checked the status of the deamons. It seems that they are
running.

root 3661 1 0 Sep29 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/bacula-fd -c
/etc/bacula/bacula-fd.conf
bacula 3669 1 0 Sep29 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/bacula-dir -c
/etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf -u bacula -g bacula
bacula 3694 1 0 Sep29 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/bacula-sd -c
/etc/bacula/bacula-sd.conf -u bacula -g tape

I read that sometimes the access right is not correct. Could this be a
problem? How can I check this?
Sorry for this stupid questions, but I have no experience with
Unix/Linux systems.

Thanks,
Stefan
