Definitely look like hardware or OS-level config errors, to me, and I
would expect to see errors in /var/adm/messages.  Work from the lowest
level of complexity and check that you are happy with the device at the
OBP, OS, manufacturer's tools etc. level before adding Bacula into the
mix.

Are these hardware problems or is something wrong with the config?
