The SD listens on 0.0.0.0:9103.
When i try to telnet to that ip/port from the client in the
10.1.3.0/24 network, i get disconnected after sending some crap. In
that case i even see error messages regarding a malformed helo, which
sounds good to me, since that shows that the sd is listening and even
processing my telnet "request".
