See the BackupPC_restore header:
# BackupPC_restore: Restore files to a client.

# DESCRIPTION

#   Usage: BackupPC_restore <hostIP> <client> <reqFileName>

<reqFileName> is a file that contains numerous settings about what to restore. 
I think it is
not intended to be run manually.
