The best thing you could do to better allow us to help you is post a
copy of your config files, and log file from the restore attempt...

Generally, I could suggest the following:
1) If using rsync/rsyncd for the restore, and each file is smaller than
what you can transfer in two hours, then you can just retry and you will
get more data transferred each time

2) If using any other method, then restore to another host local to the
backuppc and then send that data across using rsync and/or compression
to speed it up.

3) Consider restoring to a local USB HDD, and then transport the USB HDD
to the remote machine and copy across. The sneaker net really can be
quite fast sometimes....

4) Did I mention that you might look at what your timeout value is set
to ? Perhaps it is 7200 ?

information so we can give better advice...
