Re: [BackupPC-users] Revamping the Wiki

The wiki was made in a very ad-hoc manner. When the discussion hit the mailing list there wasnt much leadership.. backuppc tends to be mailing list driven rather than forums or wikis.
some better organization would be a welcome adding to the wiki in my opinion.
The local LUG just discussed backuppc a few months ago and one issues was lack good documentation for a lot of the features. the wiki is definitely a good place to store that info.

For those of you interested, you can see the current structure of the

Also, the NodeXL workbook for it is here:

(sorry, Windows/Office2007 only)
If anyone wants to take a shot at modifying it send me what you get or
an outline.
Jergen, thanks for your offer to help. I agree with your assessment of
the need to consolidate & simplify the FAQ and Tips and Tricks, but
would include the Common Configuration Issues section as well. Also we
could enforce some simple style & formatting guidelines throughout.
I haven't heard from anyone interested meeting yet, but I'll still plan
on having it for anyone who wants to show up.
