To piggyback on this discussion:
Does anyone know of an inexpensive PCI-e 1x SCI card? I keep hoping for something like the old Mylex BT-920 cards.... The only slots I have available in my new server are PCI-e 1x (poor planning on my part, but I never thought that there would be such a lack of cards to fit those slots....)
I need something to drive an old VXA-1 drive, and I really don't need to spend a fortune....
