More "timeout waiting for ACK" amcheck problems resolved

FYI:
I was getting an amcheck ACK timeout error:

I'm using the above version of AMANDA on a Debian system (unstable release).
This was uninspiring, as the AMANDA client and server are on the
same machine! I did have a quick fix, that isn't mentioned in the AMANDA wiki,
so I will email the list with it.
The Debian apt-get installer appends the following line to /etc/inetd.conf
amanda dgram udp wait backup /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/lib/amanda/amandad
I removed the /usr/sbin/tcpd argument,
amanda dgram udp wait backup /usr/lib/amanda/amandad
restarted inetd and was rewarded with:
backup@wilf:~$ amcheck Daily
