Two of the servers I'm backing up are W2003, and we're going to be
putting more up in the next few days.  We're running Amanda 2.4.5 -
haven't gone to 2.5 yet because the Gentoo package hasn't been
released yet, and our backup server is Gentoo.

Both of the Windows 2003 boxes are never incrementing.  They do a Level 0
every night.  I suspect it's a permissions issue of some sort that's
not letting me set an archive flag, but I'm not sure where to look.

Any suggestions?
