Problem with amrecover

Hi amanda-users,
I'm trying to do an "amrecover" as root (because amanda tells me to do so as
root... ) to recover files on the amanda-server itself, but I just get the
following error-message:
"500 Access not allowed: [access as amanda not allowed from
[email protected]] amandahostsauth failed"
What am I doing wrong?
