Each of you advised me to use the tpchanger "chg-zd-mtx" script as tpchanger.
 
I did it and I can now load or unload (with amtape) without problem the tape 
from any slot

I had to take the last version of chg-zd-mtx (given with amanda-2.4.3) because 
I had some problems with the previous one (given with amanda-2.4.2)
