You need a *nix client with the samba client bits installed in order to 
get the 'doze box.  The disklist entry would look like:

$UNIX_HOST      //bagheera/misc         $DUMPTYPE_USING_TAR

Close.  Set dumpcycle to 0 -- that will force all level 0s.  And, yes, use 
cron to run amdump on weekdays only.
