TSM Client 6.2.2 and vStorage API

hi harry, thanks for your post.. but what i try to understand is how you define at proxy server to backup the /vmfs to tsm server. when ESXi server do the snapshot backup, the image will store at /vmfs right? and then proxy server will send the image from /vmfs at ESXi to tsm server. is that true..?

You don't have to worry about that: it's taken care of through the vStorage API.

To add to Harry's comment, you also have to set the volume to read/write (default is read-only) if you want to restore a VM.
