I think this must be a function of TSM.  I was curious and found this on
Google.

IASNAME

I've never used TSM so maybe I am misinformed but, it looks like TSM let's
you define your own device names.

It's the very 1st time I've heard about these "DEVICE ALIAS NAMES".
Do they realy exist?
If NetWorker will accept this new naming conventions
"almost all" my problems in the SAN are solved.

Has somebody made this to work?
