Hi Dony

What are the advantages of using IP over FC to the NetWorker Server? Why
hot, instead, have the backup client write its data directly to the tape
drives? Encapsulating backup data streams inside IP is very CPU intensive
on the backup client and the backup server/storage node. Just having the
backup client become a storage node, and write is data (via SCSI) directly
to tape seems to be much better for several reasons. But I may be missing
something.

Thanks!
