We're going to try a number of things at this point --- all of the
suggestions were good ones, and if nothing else, the analyst involved in all
of this may start thinking that the upgrade is worth the amount of sleep
he's lost over this to date. He already had the documentation links
referenced online, but I don't know that the waters weren't already too
muddy at that point.

I know that this is a plaguing problem for many folks, even those people
who've worked with ADSM for many iterations.
