Yes, the 3.1.0.7 level may be the true and final answer, but right now, with
people on vacations and trying to get rid of all their comp time before the
start of 4th quarter (and the end of vacation time as we know it), nobody is
willing to download and test the latest level (which is required in this
environment). So, in the meantime, I struggle with some folks still running
V2 clients (they say they like it!), and virtually every level of V3 client
code. I think these types of problems do give my screams in the dark more
credence, however, especially when one specific analyst keeps getting stuck
in the same place over and over again (what do they say the definition of
insanity is?).

Thanks for the info though --- we'll see what happens with the next run. And
I will be encouraging them to move to the next level of consciousness as
well.
