Hello,
Please go through the partison setup on STK, usually, done via HTTP RLM 
module if setup (You may have to take lib offline), check for a parameter 
such as Return Media Identifier, it should be set to Suffix, this will get 
you the correct identity for your Media, on STK it may be called slightly 
different, i got the settings for ADIC i2K.
