I don't have 7.3, but I have 7.2.  It built fine.  But I already have 
5.0.3 installed there.  I just tried building with the same options.  It 
build fine here.

One suggestion, which might leave you without a bacula-fd: pkg_delete 
the existing port, make clean, and try again.
