In a bacula console issue the following command
update
and select
pool from resource
and follow the prompts.
Then
update
and select "Volume Parameters"
then select "All Volumes from Pool"
and set the pool

update volume parameters
volume status
and set it to append for each of these.
You may be able to do that in bat. I am not sure, I do not use bat.
