Shouldn't it say 'Error' then? Is there a way I can query mysql for errors on a 
per volume basis?

Not getting the full 200GB on a LTO2 tape is usually caused by hardware errors. 
SCSI errors ...

When bacula hits an error reported by the tape drive it assumes the tape is 
Full.
